On June 7, 2006, Warner Music Group Corp. (NYSE: WMG) issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend to its stockholders of $0.13 per share of common stock, representing an aggregate quarterly dividend of approximately $19.3 million (based on outstanding shares of 148,546,120.787 as of May 1, 2006), which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The dividend is payable on July 27, 2006 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 27, 2006.
