Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for the Block Listing of 500,000 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares will be issued to satisfy share options exercised under the The Signet Group plc 2000 Long Term Incentive Plan.
