On March 26, 2014, News Corporation (the "Company") announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has appointed Mr. Lachlan K. Murdoch, a non-executive director, as the Non-Executive Co-Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
