Fourth Quarter & Full Year 2014 Results on February 18, 2015

REHOVOT, Israel, January 20, 2015 - Nova Measuring Instruments (Nasdaq: NVMI), a leading innovator and a key provider of optical metrology solutions for advanced process control used in semiconductor manufacturing, today announced that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2014 after the NASDAQ market closes on February 18, 2015.
