(1) Under certain conditions set forth in the Option Purchase Agreement entered into by Mr. Nissani and certain shareholders of the Issuer on December 31, 2009, the Expiration date may be extended to June 30, 2012 or shortened. The Option Purchase Agreement is Exhibit 1 to the Schedule 13D of Mr. Uri Nissani bearing the cover date of December 31, 2009.
