On August 10, 2015, Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) released a press release reporting the Company’s financial statements as of June 30, 2015, and announcing a stock repurchase program. A copy of the Company's press release regarding its summary of Financial Position for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
