Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 15, 2012, Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited operating results for the first quarter of 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
