Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

In connection with the previously announced relocation of the headquarters of Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) from Fort Washington, Pennsylvania to Singapore, the Company informed Ran Bareket, the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, on September 22, 2010 that the corporate controller position will be transitioned to Singapore.  Mr. Bareket is scheduled to remain with the Company until January 1, 2011.
