Management anticipates reporting a loss of approximately $200,000 for the
three months ended June 30, 2008 as compared to a loss of approximately $311,000
reported for the same period last year. For the six months ended June 30, 2008,
management anticipates reporting a loss of approximately $550,000 as compared to
a loss of approximately $680,000 reported for the same period last year. We
believe that the improvement primarily results from a slight increase in sales
coupled with some reductions in labors costs and related benefits.
