The Registrant cannot file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2005 within the prescribed time period because of delays in compiling the information for the preparation of the unaudited financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the Form 10-KSB which could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense.
