Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On October 7, 2014, ServiceSource International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing, among other matters, that it was reaffirming guidance for the Company's third quarter of fiscal 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

(b) On October 7, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other matters, that Richard Campione will be resigning from his role as President, Cloud & Data Services Business, effective immediately, and will remain a member of the executive team as an advisor to the CEO on technology strategy through the end of 2014. Mr. Campione will continue to serve as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
