The Annual Meeting of Share Owners (the “Annual Meeting”) of Owens-Illinois, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 10, 2018. On the record date of March 14, 2018, there were 163,321,825 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share outstanding.
