On October 29, 2009, Exact Sciences Corporation reported on Form 8-K that Kevin T. Conroy, its President and CEO, was actively considering running for Governor of Wisconsin in 2010.
Mr. Conroy has determined that he will not be a candidate for Governor of Wisconsin in 2010.
