(b) On March 12, 2008, MFIC Corporation (the “Company”) announced the planned retirement of Robert P. Bruno as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company at the end of June, 2008. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Bruno’s retirement, effective June 30, 2008, is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
