Wisconsin Center's Brooks hopes 'Beyond Van Gogh' signals return to positive finances

After the Wisconsin Center District posted a net loss in $9.3 million in 2020 due to massive cancellations of events and conventions, president and CEO Marty Brooks points to the recently announced “Beyond Van Gogh” as a sign of an improved outlook this year.
