Lockheed Martin To Buy Defense Industry Supplier Aerojet In $5B Deal

Defense and aerospace company Lockheed Martin Corporation is set to acquire propulsion systems manufacturer Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc in a $5 billion deal, the two companies announced Sunday.
