Kevin McNish, a registered patent attorney with first-chair experience spanning more than 80 inter partes reviews (IPRs) and other PTAB proceedings, will run McNish PLLC.  Before leaving to launch McNish PLLC, he was most recently a partner at Desmarais LLP, where he built and led that firm’s nationally recognized PTAB practice.  He has also briefed and argued appeals of PTAB proceedings at the Federal Circuit.
