U.S. could sanction Chinese officials for illegal claims in South China Sea, diplomat says

"Nothing's off the table," David Stilwell, the assistant secretary of State for the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, said when asked whether the U.S. would consider using sanctions to rein in China.
