Hailing from Italy, promising Italian duo Flaremode has been bringing some zesty beats to the EDM game as of late! Formed by long-time comrades Giovanni Chiappetta (also known as Jonny) and Francesco Granata, since kicking off with their first release in 2013, Flaremode has gone from strength to strength – both in their productions and riveting on-stage performances.

Flaremode never stopped its rise. 2017 has been a game-changing year for the pair, who, first up scored themselves support from the biggest legends of the scene. With Nicky Romero premiering stunning floor-filler “Best Of Life” on Protocol Radio, to Timmy Trumpet dropping “Drill Machine” on Tomorrowland’s monstrous main stage, it seems as though Flaremode are riding an impressive wave to stardom. The Flaremode Instagram page is attracting users like magnet because of their frequent updates.
In 2018 Flaremode made a special appearance during MadMac live set at Tomorrowland Belgium performing at the giant “Freedom Stage” hosted by Smash The House.
In 2019 they have scored presences at the world-famous Ultra Music Festival, in the European edition of Split, Croatia, and at Tomorrowland performing at Unite with Tomorrowland in Malta. They have released more than 50 music production until now, and they are currently involved as a resident DJ on the famous live show concept “World Club Tour powered by Billboard Radio China”. In February 2020, Flaremode has been featured on the printed edition of Vogue as a testimonial for the Italian luxury brand BYWD.
Vogue-featured music producer Flaremode delivered an incredible “live-streamed” show in Bangkok. That having said, Giovanni Chiappetta, half of the Italian duo, has appeared on one of Bangkok’s highest helipad connecting with more than 2 million fans all over the world with his exclusive live set that generated thousands of views online. The location, The Helipad, in the center of Bangkok was just the perfect place for their exclusive event to take place. The show will be soon rebroadcasted on YouTube on IG TV.
With a massive production, provided by Dontrj, EDM Addicts, and Leo Beer Thailand, Flaremode set been stunning. We had the chance to hear many ID songs produced by the duo, that according to a recently released interview will be soon released by Spinnin’ Records (Warner Music) and one of it will be in collaboration with the Belgian duo Wolfpack.
The musicians have also released 3 new songs during May: ones on “Revealed Recordings” label owned Hardwell, ones on “Smash The House” label owned by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and ones on “Fanfare Records” together with the Top100 DJ Thomas Gold that has been distributed by 1stStrike (Universal Music Germany). Flaremode is lately really active on its Instagram page and means that they are up to something new.
