Bemis stock shows muted response to news of $6.8 billion Amcor acquisition

Bemis Co. Inc. shares were flat Monday in a subdued response to the news that Australian packaging company Amcor Ltd.is acquiring the company in an all-stock deal valued at $6.8 billion.
