U.K. stocks climb to 10-week high, as metals prices soar

U.K. stocks inched higher for a third straight session on Thursday, boosted by a gain for Rentokil Initial after a well-received earnings report and as miners continued to rise on the back of a rally in nickel and aluminum prices.
