ManageByStats is a suite of software tools for Amazon sellers, including tools for the management of sales, customers and inventory. The new video is intended for new users, as an onboarding action, and covers the entire program and all features with a general overview. The video is part of ManageByStats’ tiered knowledge system.
“We’re happy to announce this addition to the puzzle,” says Mr. Jepsen. “Our training moves from setup instructions through to detailed knowledge base articles and videos, but we’ve been missing an intermediary step, and that’s a full overview of all parts of the program. Now we have it.”
ManageByStats is a comprehensive suite of tools with twelve main menu items, many of those having multiple sub-menus. It is a single log-in software that, in addition to sales, customers and inventory, has tools for keywords, automated emails, email campaigns, sponsored ads management and more. Each tool has its own unique instructions for use. Documentation and training has therefore been paramount for ManageByStats, and their new overview video ties together all elements as a first step before focusing on specific areas.
“The video is posted at the beginning of each knowledge base help topic,” says Mr. Jepsen. “New users can find it there easily, and even our seasoned users will find value in it. We’ve kept it concise at eight minutes in length. It definitely helps set the tone for the program overall.”
