Priceline Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PCLN) will pay a premium of approximately $2.6 billion to acquire OpenTable Inc. (Nasdaq: OPEN). Shares of OpenTable jumped $33.42 while Priceline stock plunged $32.13 to $1,193.87.
