Toronto, Ontario CANADA, December 29, 2010 /FSC/ - Pure Energy Visions Corporation (PEV - TSX Venture, XYQ - FWB),today reported its financial results for the year ending July 31, 2010. These financial statements and the Company's Management Discussion and Analysis can be found at www.sedar.com.
The Company completed its merger with PureEnergy Solutions (formerly WildCharge) of Boulder Colorado. On completion of this merger, the Company transferred its battery operations, including its agreements, manufacturing plant, equipment and intellectual property relating to batteries and related liabilities in exchange for the Company receiving a 50% ownership position in Pure Energy Solutions Inc, and $6,000,000 of preferred shares and monthly payments of $25,000 per month, which will continue through July 31st, 2011
