As previously announced on November 30, 2010, Pure Energy Visions Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange: PEV) ("Pure Energy" or the "Company") announced it will be delayed in filing its July 31, 2010 year end Audited Financial Statements and related Management Disclosure & Analysis.  Pure Energy is working to complete this filing as soon as possible and is anticipating filing no later than December 31, 2010.

This news release is the first bi-weekly default status report under National Policy 12-203 of the Canadian Securities Administrators. Since announcing the original notice of default on November 30, 2010, there have not been any material changes to the information contained therein, nor any failure by the Company to fulfill its intentions stated therein, and there are no additional defaults or anticipated defaults subsequent thereto. If necessary, the Company intends to file its next default status report on December 29, 2010.
