SALT LAKE CITY - Jan. 24, 2025 - PRLog -- The National Team Pickleball League (NTPL) has rebranded as the Triple Team Pickleball League, emphasizing teamwork and inclusivity in men's, women's, and combo formats. This change highlights our commitment to fostering camaraderie across teams, communities, and nationally.
Originating from the Utah Tennis Association in 2020, the league has evolved to offer a unique competitive experience for recreational players. Jeremy Horner, Pickleball Manager, states, "Our transition represents our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where players can team up, play locally, and compete nationally." Our league combines individual weekly DUPR match play with a team scoring system generating excitement every match.
Emphasizing Team League Play
Triple Team offers a unique team league format for recreational players following the successful USTA tennis model, with over 1 million registered users. Players can forge lasting memories, and foster relationships in their community.
How Teams Qualify for Nationals
