Senior Defense Industry and Public Sector Executive Brings Additional Enterprise Expertise to FTI’s Board

Kapoor’s results-oriented experience leading technology-focused organizations that serve government customers brings valuable insights to FTI, expanding its access to federal government and defense industry leaders, as well as technology decision-makers.

Kapoor is the founder and CEO of Arya Technologies, which provides growth strategy advisory services to a range of companies and private equity firms. Previously, Kapoor led AT&T’s Global Public Sector organization as its president and, before that, chairperson/CEO of Accenture Federal Services (AFS). Over the course of 20 years with Lockheed Martin Corporation, she led complex organization units and government relations—ultimately serving as vice president and COO of its 13,000-employee Information Systems (IS) and Global Solutions (GS) – Civil business unit.

Kapoor joins existing FTI board members Ron Shroder, FTI chairman/CEO; Lester Lyles, retired 4-star general and former commander, Air Force Materiel Command at the Wright-Patterson Air Force base in Ohio; Jim Rogers, retired 2-star Army general with a decade of leadership experience at Lockheed Martin; Bill Bowser, a seasoned C-level executive with a 30+ year record of success in roles including, CEO, COO and CFO at a number of federal contractors including ManTech and CACI International; and Mark Hughes, CFO at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International with 42 years of combined operational and acquisition/financial military expertise.
