Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On March 12, 2008, Goodrich Petroleum Corporation issued a press release announcing its
financial results and an operational update for the three months and the year ended December 31,
2007. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein
