Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure.

     Zix Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI) (“ZixCorp”) today is announcing that it and Postini, Inc. (“Postini”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Google Inc., have agreed to extend the distribution agreement between the parties, originally entered into in December 2005. Pursuant to the distribution agreement, Postini packages ZixCorp’s Email Encryption service with Postini services and offers them to its customer base.
