DALLAS — May 25, 2011 — Zix Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI) will host its 2011 annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 10 a.m. CT. The meeting will be held in the Cityplace Conference Center in Dallas.
