RADA Obtains Order From the Israeli Ministry of Defense to Provide Video Cameras
for the "Merkava" Tank

NETANYA, Israel, January 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADA Electronic Industries
Ltd. (NASDAQ: RADI - News) announced today that it has received a $725,000
purchase order to provide the Israeli Ministry Of Defense with video cameras for
the Israeli "Merkava" battle tank. Delivery of cameras will commence in April
2006.
Commenting on the award, Zvi Alon, RADA's V.P. of Business Development said
"This is the first order that RADA has received to provide electro optic
equipment for tanks. We are in the process of exploring additional options to
increase our sales into this segment.
Revenues as well as new business attributable to RADA's new products are growing
according to our ongoing plan. "
