Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2008, McKesson Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that
it has reached an agreement to settle all private party claims relating to First DataBank’s
published drug reimbursement benchmarks, commonly referred to as Average Wholesale Prices. A copy
of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
