The Registrant's President and Chief Executive Officer and its Executive Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer are responsible for establishing and maintaining the Registrant's system of disclosure controls and procedures, as such term is defined under applicable rules of the Commission. In conjunction with this evaluation, certain changes were made to the disclosure controls and procedures to reflect the role and function of the Registrant's recently created Disclosure Committee.
