Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 2, 2006, Denny's Corporation issued a press release announcing
same-store sales for company-owned restaurants during the four-week month ended
January 25, 2006, compared with the related period in fiscal year 2005. Also
included in the press release was updated financial guidance for fiscal year
2005. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
