On February 15, 2007, TOR Minerals International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will webcast the Company's fourth quarter and year end 2006 earnings results conference call on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. EDT, 4:00 p.m. CDT.  The call, which will be led by the Company's President and CEO, Olaf Karasch, will be available via the internet at the Company's homepage, www.torminerals.com.
