On January 28, 2019, Cindy L. Davis was appointed to the Board of Directors of Brinker International, Inc. (the “Company”).
On January 31, 2019, John W. Chidsey was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.
As of this date, Ms. Davis and Mr. Chidsey have not been assigned to any of the Committees of the Board of Directors.
