Johannesburg, Friday, 8 June 2018.
Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (“Harmony” and/or
“the Company”) regrets to advise that one of its
employees was fatally injured in a fall of ground incident at its
Bambanani mine in the Free State this morning and has tragically
succumbed to his injuries.
An investigation
into the accident is underway.
Management
express their deepest condolences to the deceased employee’s
family, friends and colleagues.
