Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On September 10, 2007, the Board of Directors of Teleflex Incorporated (the "Company") approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from the last Sunday in December to December 31. This change is to be effective commencing with the 2007 fiscal year, which will close on December 31, 2007. Pursuant to Rule 13a-10d(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Registrant’s annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2007 shall cover the transition period from December 30, 2007 to December 31, 2007, and no separate transition report will be filed.
