GOL Announces Increase in Capital Stock
São Paulo, April 24, 2006 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (NYSE: GOL and Bovespa: GOLL4), Brazils low-fare, low-cost airline, announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 20, 2006, approved an increase its capital stock, within the limit of authorized capital, in the amount of R$ 237,475.68.
As a result of the increase, the corporate capital is R$ 993,180,317.40, divided into 86,602,253 preferred shares and 109,448,497 common shares, totaling 196,050,750 shares issued by the Company.
