Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 1, 2006, Mr. Kenny Van Zant was appointed to the newly created position of Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In his new position, Mr. Van Zant will continue to report to Motive’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Alfred Mockett, and will advise Mr. Mockett on strategic issues affecting Motive and its customers. As a result of this change, Mr. Van Zant will relinquish his position as Motive’s Executive Vice President of Marketing and Products. Responsibility for Motive’s marketing and product development organizations will be reassigned to other members of the leadership team.
