On January 13, 2006, the Chief Executive Officer Richard F. Rutkowskis employment with Microvision, Inc. (the Company) was terminated, Richard F. Raisig resigned as the Companys Chief Financial Officer, and Alexander Tokman, the Companys President and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as President and became a Director of the Company.
