Item 8. 01 Other Events.

 

On November 4, 2005, C. Thomas Murrell, III, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First Financial Bancorp (the “Company”) tendered his resignation to pursue other opportunities. Effective immediately, Claude E. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company will be assuming the responsibilities directly managed by Mr. Murrell. Samuel J. Munafo, First Financial Bank Market President will assist in the management of the credit administration division.
