Second Quarter Financial Results
On July 27, 2004, MicroStrategy Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 and providing additional outlook and financial guidance information. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Share Repurchase Program
On July 27, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an aggregate of $35 million of the Company’s class A common stock. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
