(1) | The reporting person received a restricted stock award on 8/11/06 of 100,000 shares subject to a four-year vesting schedule, vesting 15% each on 8/1/07 and 8/1/08, vesting an incremental 20% on 8/1/09 and vesting the remaining 50% on 8/1/10.
