(1) | 1. The Form 4 as originally filed included a line item reporting the issuance of 17,857 shares of common stock to the filer in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units and a line item reporting the payment of the tax liability associated with such issuance by the withholding of 4,899 shares of common stock, resulting in a net issuance of 12,958 shares. This transaction was erroneously reported because the filer had elected to defer the issuance of the underlying shares until January 4, 2014 and therefore the shares were not issued, and no transaction was reportable. The Form 4 as originally filed is hereby amended to delete the line items associated with the above erroneously reported transaction. |
