On April 11, 2007, UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled a conference call on April 25, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. (CDT) to discuss the Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2007. The Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter will be announced on April 24, 2007. The details regarding the conference call are included as Exhibit 99.1.
