(b) On November 10, 2015, I Joon Ahn, a founding member of the Board of Directors of Hanmi Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will retire, effective December 31, 2015. Mr. Ahn also currently serves, and will continue to serve, as a non-executive director of Hanmi Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, until December 31, 2015.
