Events.
On
September 22, 2006, Newtek Business Services, Inc. ("Newtek") entered into
a
referral agreement with Morgan Stanley Commercial Financial Services, Inc.
(“Morgan Stanley”) that provides a framework for potential referrals by
Morgan Stanley to Newtek of clients interested in SBA-guaranteed
loans.
