Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 31, 2010, Qualstar Corporation issued a press release announcing that it received notification from Nasdaq on March 29, 2010 that the Company is now in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5605(e), which sets forth requirements relating to the process for selecting nominees for election to the board of directors. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
