On April 3, 2005, Aerosonic Corporation (the “Company”) was informed of the death of director William Parker, who passed away on April 2, 2005.  Everyone at Aerosonic extends heartfelt condolences to his family. Mr. Parker’s service to the Company included 34 years of employment in positions of increasing responsibility, during which he was elected to the Board of Directors before retiring as President in 1997. Mr. Parker served as a director of the Company since 1995.
